What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity for most items! Whether you need a single embroidered hoodie or 500 printed t-shirts, we can help. However, we do offer bulk discounts for larger orders.
How long does delivery take?
Standard turnaround time is 7-14 working days from artwork approval. We also offer an express service for urgent deadlines. Plain garments (without customisation) can often be delivered even faster.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Before production we’ll always send a digital proof for your approval, and for embroidery we can provide a stitched-out sample image where needed so you can confirm placement, sizing and colours.
Do you offer both printing and embroidery?
Absolutely. We have state-of-the-art facilities for both. Embroidery is typically best for tough workwear and uniforms (like polo shirts and fleeces), while printing is great for large designs, t-shirts, and promotional events.
How do I supply my logo?
For embroidery, please send your logo as a JPEG or PDF. For printing (digital print), we require an EPS file. If you’re not sure which applies, email us what you have and we’ll advise.
